Drama and Design Teaching Experience

Teaching is a vital part of my artistic practice. I believe that creativity flourishes when artists share their knowledge with the next generation. I have mentored young theatre artists in Europe and served as an advisor on student-led projects. In Taiwan, I have taught Drama, Design, and English at private and international schools, engaging with students in the following learning activities:

- Acquiring theatre knowledge in the IB MYP Drama classroom
- Assisting the Head of Drama during the final production phase of Drama Club productions
- Introducing Performing Arts in a survey course based on Taiwanese and Canadian curricula
-Teaching 8th grade ELL using Canadian Curriculum
- Creating stop-motion animation and other innovative PBL design units in the IB MYP Product Design classroom

Through teaching, I continue to develop new ideas for performances and community workshops that I plan to bring to Taiwan’s arts scene in the near future.
